'StillMarsh originated from a dream: introducing real Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family founded our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint, family-owned shop, with time-honored recipes passed down through the ages.
Marco Bianchi, our patriarch, honed the craft of pizza creation while journeying across Italy, learning from legendary pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, she was driven to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, embracing classic techniques and top-tier ingredients.
What started as a small 12-seater has evolved into a cherished local gem, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness has remained steadfast. We continue to employ age-old wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough freshly each day, and choose the finest produce available.
To this day, 'StillMarsh' is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, with its second generation now at the helm of our zealous squad. Though we've adopted a few modern updates, the core of our craft stays focused on producing tasty, traditional pizza that unites folks.
