Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund prior to the order being prepared. Due to the immediacy of order preparation in our pizzeria, we may not be able to honor cancellation requests once the order preparation has begun.

Food Order Issues

If you’ve received an order that is incorrect, or if you're dissatisfied with the quality of the food provided, please contact our customer service immediately at +44 20 7946 0958. We will need to verify the issue and upon confirmation, we will offer a suitable resolution which may include a replacement or a refund for the affected item(s).

Non-food Item Return

For non-food items (such as merchandise), you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The amount refunded will correspond to the issue encountered, and we will promptly notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item or order issue.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any non-food items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
